Dale Aldridge Stone

Dale Aldridge Stone, 87, of Memphis, Tenn., died October 12, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. He was a US Army veteran and worked in the trucking industry. He was a member of Gracewood Baptist Church were he served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher.
Services were held at 12 noon on Oct. 18 at Holly Springs Funeral Home. Burial was in Ashland Cemetery.
He leaves his wife of 65 years, Mary Deloris Akin Stone; son, Jeff Stone (Verna) of Wylie, Texas; daughter, Jackie Peters (Jon) of Memphis; sisters, Joe Barnes of Olive Branch, Meg Thomas of Ashland; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
