Curtis Jeffries

Curtis Jeffries, 76, of Byhalia, died May 15, 2024, in Memphis, Tenn. He was a member of Street Hill Primitive Baptist Church and a farmer. He was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Rosie Mae Warren Jeffries.

Services were held at 3 p.m. on June 1 at New Mt. Gillian MB Church in Byhalia. Burial was in Street Hill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Holly Springs. Serenity Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his children, Patrick Warren (Bonnie), Racy Jones, Tanya Louis (Byron, Adrianna Warren, Ferlando Warren (LaShaunda); brothers, James Edward Milan, MC Howell, both of Memphis, Tenn., James Earl Howell, Linnell Howell, Marcus Howell; sisters, Corleen Howell Jones, Betty Howell Reed, Julie Howell Brown (Rev. Kenneth), Maggie Pearl Howell Jackson; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
