Corine Robinson Jackson

Corine Robinson Jackson, 76, of Aurora, Ill., died July 31, 2019, at Presence McAuley Nursing Home. She retired from Western Electric after working for 19 years. She was a member of Original Temple of God Church and was a member of the Auxiliary Lodge, Unit Post 798.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on August 7, at The Original Temple of God "Miracle Center" in Aurora. Pastor Bishop Jettie Taylor Jr. and Apostle Mae Lee Palmer of Bountiful Blessings officiated. Burial was in Spring Lake Memorial Gardens. James Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves two daughters, Della M. Jackson, Cynthia (John) Jackson Michelet; two sons, Steven W. Jackson, Tommy L. (Shawnetta) Jackson; nine sisters, Willie B. Cornelious, Vera Prentiss, Elizabeth Scruggs, Ella Mosby, Vivian Mosby, Patricia (Larry) Burns, Kim (Albert) Wilson, Jean (Earl) Jones, Janie Bowen; four brothers, Robert (Theresa) Mosby, Hubert (Lacey) Mosby, Lawrence (Debra) Mosby, Gregory (Felicia) Mosby; 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three daughters, Rose Jackson, Jacqueline Renee Jackson and Ora Lee Jackson; one son, James H. Jackson Jr.; one brother, Roosevelt Mosby; and one sister, Maerean P. Malone.
