Clinton Lee Norman Sr.

Clinton Lee Norman Sr., 83, of Red Banks, died April 28, 2017, at his home. He was a former male chorus member at Mt. Newell MB Church. He was a retired construction worker for Buck Thomas Construction Company.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on May 6 at Mt. Newell MB Church in Red Banks, where he was a member. Burial was in Mt. Newell Memorial Gardens. Rev. C.L. Norman Jr. officiated. J.F. Britttenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Fannie Lee Moore Norman; three daughters, Lorene Jeffries, Brenda Moore, Shirley Jones, all of Red Banks; five sons, John L. Sullivan of Memphis, Tenn., Rev. Clinton Lee Norman Jr. of Bolling Brook, Ill., George Norman of Greensboro, N.C., Rev. Ben Norman of Holly Springs, Rev. Thurman Norman of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Florida Belfour, Gloria Shields, both of Memphis; two brothers, Brown George Norman of Rock Hill, S.C., and Andrew Norman of Madison, Ill.; 30 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two children, Lonnie Lee Sullivan and Fannie Jean Moore.
