Cleveland Edward Reed

Cleveland Edward Reed, 71, of Byhalia, died May 15, 2020, at Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch. He was a member of Newell Chapel MB Church in Victoria and was a self-employed cement mason.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on May 21 from 3-5 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 12 noon on May 22 at Newell Chapel CME Church Cemetery. Pastor Curtis Nelson will officiate.

He leaves his wife, Roberta Malone Reed; four children, Charles Malone of Tupelo, Thomas Christopher Malone of Fayetteville, Ark., Lavornia Jean Malone-Hicks of Memphis, Tenn., Yetta Kea Lewis of Detroit, Mich.; four sisters, Carolyn Neal, Sarah Thomas, Belinda Sanders of Memphis, Abigail Matthews of Byhalia; four brothers, Nathenial Reed, Robert Reed, Dederick Reed, and Steve Reed, all of Memphis; and six grandchildren.
