Clara B. Holland Perry

Clara B. Holland Perry, 62, of Holly Springs, died March 27, 2017, at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. She was a member of Christ Temple COGIC in Holly Springs and a self-employed certified nurse assistant for 35 years.

Visitation will be held March 31 from 2-7 p.m. and with the family from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home, and at the church on April 1 from, 10-10:55 a.m.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on April 1 at Hopewell No. 1 MB Church with burial in Mt. Zion CME Church Cemetery. Rev. Leroy James will officiate. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She leaves her husband, George Perry Jr.; a daughter, Lucy Douglas of Holly Springs; her mother, Lucy Isom Hubbard of Holly Springs; four sisters, Emma Whitlock of Holly Springs, Betty Jean Lockhart of Killene Texas, Patricia Allen of Memphis, Tenn., Hope Clark of Bartlett, Tenn.; two brothers, Eric Hubbard, Tommy Tucker, both of Holly Springs; a granddaughter and four step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Elton Wade Tucker and Eddie Hubbard.
