Charles Jessup Byrd, 73, of Myrtle, died September 27, 2022. He was a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church and worked at Troxel in tool and die for many years.
Services were held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 30 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Clear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
He leaves a son, Kevin Byrd (Angela) of Victoria; two daughters, Karen Benson (Jason) of Myrtle, Kelly Byrd Skelton (Taylor) of Byhalia; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Byrd; and grandchildren, Brantley and Allison.
