Charles Edward Dickerson Sr., 92, of Memphis, Tenn., died Mar. 27, 2021, at Methodist North Hospital in Memphis. He was a Baptist pastor and a U.S. Army veteran.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on April 2 at Temperance Hill Cemetery. Rev. Jason Howell will officiate. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Nell Dickerson; three sons, Jim Dickerson (Myra) of Russellville, Ark., Jack Dickerson of Hot Springs, Ark., Eddie Dickerson of Memphis; one daughter, Gail Ashmore (Bill) of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, John Dickerson.
