Celestine Echols, 64, of Clinton, formerly of Holly Springs, died October 14, 2022, at her home. She was a school teacher in the Jackson Public School System.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Oct. 18 at Hill Crest Cemetery. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves sisters, Dorlean Reese of Olive Branch, Shirely Ann Echols of Aurora, Ill.; brothers, Deloyise Echols of Ahlerstedt, Germany, Oliver Echols, Michael Echols, both of Holly Springs.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Verlean Jones Echols; father, Willie Loyce Echols; siblings, Ivy Jean Echols Fiddis and Adolph Echols.
