Carrie L. Isable Gary

Carrie L. Isable Gary, 72, of Holly Springs, died June 26, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. The widower of Charles E. Gary, she was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church and a member of Americor. She was a retired assistant teacher for the Holly Springs School District.

Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. on July 3, and with family from 5-7 p.m., at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home; and at Asbury UM Church on July 5 from 10-10:55 a.m. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on July 5. Rev. F.H. Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Cottrell Memorial Garden.

She leaves three children Valeasia Gary, Kevin Gary, Antonio Gary, all of Memphis; one sister, Susie Ann Campbell of Holly Springs; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son, Edward Gary; two sisters, Mary Ruth Isom, Mattlean Kinard; and three brothers, Lenwood Isable Sr., Harry L. Isable and Herbert Lee Isable.
