Carolyn Ray Rainey

Carolyn Ray Rainey, 82, of Hickory Flat, died January 22, 2022, at Union County Health and Rehab. She was a member of Potts Camp Baptist Church.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Jan. 25 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Randy Hamilton officiated. Burial was in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
She leaves her husband of 62 years, Harold Rainey; son, Eddie Rainey (Traci) of Booneville; two daughters, Lesia Carnell (Chris), Cheryl Cox (Bobby) both of Hickory Flat; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Jimmy Bingham; and sister, Mary Jo Samples.
