Bruce Eddie Archer Jr.

Bruce Eddie Archer Jr., 53, of Byhalia, MS, passed away July 11, 2018, at his residence. He was the owner of Ed’s Pawn Shop and Salvage Yard in Byhalia and a lifetime member of Olive Branch Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Wendy Taylor Archer of Byhalia; stepson, Lane Oxner of Byhalia; father, Bruce Archer of Byhalia; sister-in-law, Amy Archer; brother-in-law, Billy Wayne Howell; nieces, Holly Howell, Hanna Howell, Katie Archer and Amanda Archer; and nephews, Steven Howell and Ryan Archer.

He was preceded in death by his son, Andrew Clayton Archer; mother, Betty Archer; sister, Pam Howell; and brother, Ricky Archer.

Services were held Saturday, July 14, at 11 a.m. at Olive Branch Church of Christ. Burial followed in Southwoods Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis, Tenn. Pate-Jones Funeral Home in Senatobia had charge of the arrangements.

Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
