Brenda Kaye Riddle Brown

Brenda Kaye Riddle Brown, 57, of Holly Springs, died June 6, 2018, at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn. She was a member of Gray’s Chapel CME Church in Hudsonville, a member of the church choir, Sunday School superintendent, president of the Christian Board of Education, a member of the Stewardess Board. She was a 1979 graduate of Holly Springs High School and a former shift operator at Thomas & Betts in Byhalia.

Visitation will be at the funeral home on June 15 from 2-6 p.m., and on June 16 at the church from 10-10:55 a.m.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on June 16 at New Dimension Salt and Light Ministries with burial in Gray’s Chapel CME Church Cemetery in Hudsonville. Pastor Brian Davis Sr. officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves three children, Natasha Brown of Oxford, Brian Brown (Courtney), Bradley Brown, both of Olive Branch; her father, Epson Riddle Sr. of Holly Springs; her stepmother Louise Hearn Riddle of Holly Springs; five sisters, Christine Finley of St. Louis, Lillian Campbell, Ethel Riddle, Cathie Gray, Diane Cowan, all of Holly Springs; four brothers, Epson Riddle Jr., Morris Riddle, both of St. Louis, Mo., Lawrence Riddle of Mobile, Ala., and Torrance Hicks of Holly Springs; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bernice Anderson Riddle.
