Brenda Kay Dortch

Brenda Kay Dortch, 56, of Holly Springs, died Mar. 30, 2021, at Alliance Healthcare System in Holly Springs. She was a member of Sand Hill MB Church in Lamar and was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Ashland Health and Rehabilitation.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on April 9 from 3-5:30 p.m.; and Sand Hill MB Church on April 10 from 10-10:55 a.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. at Sand Hill MB Church Cemetery. Rev. Mays will officiate.

She leaves a daughter, Laura Yarshekia Brown of Holly Springs; a son, Carles Marveece Jouosica Dortch of Houston, Texas; six brothers, Derrick Dortch of Ripley, Reggie Dortch of Bolivar, Tenn., Craig Dortch of Ashland, Robert Dortch of Dallas, Texas, Ricky Dortch, Gregory Dortch, both of Chicago, Ill.; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Earnest Dortch; and a sister, Linda Dortch Allen.
