Billy Jackson Taylor, 90, of Ashland, died October 5, 2025. He served as the mayor of Ashland, justice of the peace, county supervisor and alderman of Ashland. He served on the boards of UCAC Headstart and North Mississippi Primary Health Care.
Sevices were held at 2 p.m. on Oct. 8 at Holly Springs Funeral Home. Burial was in Ashland Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents and all his siblings.
