Billy Dewayne Ruff, 55, of Mt. Pleasant, died July 23, 2018, at the University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark. He was a riverboat mate with Seacor Holding.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on July 25 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Carey Chapel Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant.
He leaves a daughter, Erin Ruff of Ash Flat, Ark.; his mother, Linda Ruff of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Tammy Williams of Barton and a grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Ruff.
