Billy Brent Watkins, 69, of Byhalia, died Jan. 1, 2017, at Regional One (The Med) in Memphis, Tenn. A Baptist, he was a welder and a U.S. Army veteran
Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Jan. 5 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Center Hill Cemetery.
He leaves his wife, Edna Diane Watkins; a son, Johnny Watkins (Jennifer) of Byhalia; a daughter, Kim Cook (Paul) of Victoria; four brothers, William Watkins of Sweet Water, Roy Watkins of Southaven, Troy Watkins of Olive Branch, Frankey Watkins of Clarksdale; and eight grandchildren.
