Bettye Rose Jones

Bettye Rose Jones, 85, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Potts Camp, died Oct. 10, 2017, at Trezevant Manor. She worked at Buckeye Technologies until her retirement. She was a former member of Potts Camp United Methodist Church and a long-time member of Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis.
Services were held at 11 a.m. on Oct. 14, in the chapel of Second Presbyterian Church. Graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m. at the Potts Camp Cemetery in Potts Camp. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves two sisters, Mary Frances Fitts of Dallas, Texas, and Kathryn Claire Scarbrough of Houston, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Potts Camp United Methodist Church.
