Betty Jo Mathis Phelps, 89, of Holly Springs, died March 27, 2025, at her home. She was a former nursing home owner/administrator.
Graveside services were held at 2 pm. on April 1 at Carey Chapel Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves a niece, Shirley Glover; and a nephew, Gordon Spivey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Phelps.
