Barbara Fields, 72, of Byhalia, died December 15, 2021, at her home. She was a member of New Mount Gideon Church and was in education, working at Holly Springs Primary, Holly Springs High School and Rust College.
Services were held at 12 noon on Dec. 23 at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home Chapel. Elder Shelby Washington officiated.
She leaves three sons, Eric Fields, Maurice Fields (Theresa), Weshun Fields, all of Chicago, Ill.; one brother, Darnell Crumb of Holly Springs; 25 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Josephine; and a brother, James.
