Azelle Walker Alexander

Azelle Walker Alexander, 89, Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Waterford, died April 27, 2021. She was a member of Lane Metropolitan CME Church, was a member of the Lydia Circle Missionary Society and Women's Fellowship Ministry.

Services were held at 10:30 a.m. on May 4 at Calhoun Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev. Dr. Sheree Winn officiating. Eulogy was given by Rev. Anthony M. Alford Sr.

She leaves sons, Theodore Alexander Jr. (Brenda), Phillip Garfield Alexander Sr., both of Cleveland Heights, John Albert Alexander (Thressa) of Hazelcrest, Ill.; beloved as daughter, Marilyn Joyce Pryor Baker (Art) of Mayfield Hts., Ohio; three brothers, Eldridge Walker (Deborah) of Urbana, Ill., McEwen Walker (Urma) of Waterford, Landon Walker Jr. of Hazelcrest; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-greatgrandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Alexander Sr.; two children, McKlenzon Kenneth Alexander, Darsella Alexander Donahue; four brothers, George, Acey, Leslie, and Russell Walker.
