Arthur Lee "Buddy" Sellers Sr.

Arthur Lee "Buddy" Sellers Sr., 89, of Holly Springs, died September 7, 2024, at his home in the Hudsonville community. He was a member of the Church of Christ and retired from Dupont Chemicals in Memphis, Tenn.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Sept. 13 from 2-5:30 p.m. and on Sept. 14 at Hopewell No. 2 MB Church from 1:30-2:25 p.m. with services at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Danny Kimbrough will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

He leaves his daughters, Linda Sellers of Southaven, Gwendolys Sellers of Lamar, Jacquelyn S. Hampton of Holly Springs, Patricia Malone of Southaven; sons, Arthur L. "Bo" Sellers Jr. of Lamar, Jasper Howell Sr. of Huntsville, Ala., Willie Howell of Atlanta, Ga.; sisters, Shirley M. Kimbrough Reliford, Sharronda Brown Warren; brother, Charle Sellers of Holly Springs; caregiver and great-granddaughter, Rozeta Sellers of Holly Springs; 42 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and ten great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ridy F. Shed Sellers; children, Phyllis Evans, Charles Venita Sellers; siblings, John L. Sellers and Eugenia Townes.
