Arlene Hicks Wicks

Arlene Hicks Wicks, 70, of Holly Springs, died Nov. 24, 2022, at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. She was a member of Hopewell No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home on Dec. 2 from 5-7 p.m. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Dec. 3 at New Dimension Salt and Light Ministries. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery.

She leaves three sons, Marcus Hicks (Chiquita) of Holly Springs, Fharon Mack Hicks (Melanie) of Memphis, Tenn., Shauntaurus Wicks (Terica) of Olive Branch; one brother, Willie Hicks (Mary) of Clarksville, Tenn.; eight sisters, Lillian Brooks of Clarksville, Rubye Daniels (Ron) of Chicago, Ill., Addie H. Boga, Lavern H. Zinn (Alfred), Charlene H. Moore, Margaret H. McDonald (Charles), Ruthie H. Gatewood (Elester), all of Holly Springs, Katie H. Autry (Billy) of Oxford; eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubry L. Wicks; parents, Autry and Christine Hicks; three brothers, James Wright, Leroy Hicks, and Lee A. Hicks.
