Annie Pearl Robinson Sykes

Annie Pearl Robinson Sykes, 84, of Holly Springs, died Dec. 15, 2019, at Holly Springs Health and Rehab. The widow of Cleveland Sykes, she was a member of St. Mark MB Church where she served on the usher board. She was a homemaker.

Visitation will be held on Dec. 20 at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home from 2-6 p.m.; and on Dec. 21 at Davis Temple Church of Living God, from 1111:55 a.m. Services will be held at 12 noon. Pastor Holden Pickens will officiate. Burial will be in Soul Chapel Cemetery in Holly Springs.

She leaves two daughters, Shirley Pickens of Holly Springs, Barbara Fedrick of Cleveland, Ohio; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Herman McGurder and Brady McGurder; and three sisters, Mary Montgomery, Bessie Polk and Willie B. Anderson.
