Anna Lee Mitchell

Anna Lee Mitchell, 64, of Holly Springs, died February 4, 2026, at Christopher's Manor Assisted Living. She was a member of New Hope MB Church where she served on the usher board, Women's Improvement Society and program committee. She was a CNA at Great Oaks Rehab and Health Care.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Feb. 13 from 1-5 p.m. and on Feb. 14 at Mt. Peel MB Church from 1-1:55 p.m. with services at 2 p.m. Rev. Willie E. Hoey will officiate. Burial will be in New Hope Church Cemetery.

She leaves a daughter, LaKisha Mitchell Buffington of Holly Springs; son, LaForenzo Wilkins of Dallas, Texas; sisters, Ora Lee Mitchell of Waterford, Rosie E. Clayborn of Abilene, Texas, Sally Mitchell-Thompson of Oxford, Robbie Neal of Laws Hill; brothers, Thomas Mitchell of Waterford, Joe Reynolds, Jerry Reynolds, both of The Philippines; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, William Mitchell and James Mack Mitchell.
