Anita Muncy

Anita Muncy, 62, of Lamar, died January 31, 2022, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. She was a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church and an administrative assistant.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Feb. 5 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Clear Creek Cemetery.
She leaves her husband, Ed Muncy; son, Jeremy Glen Mason of Lamar; two stepdaughters, Patty Gene Muncy (Beth) of Byhalia, Angelicia Puckett (Brian) of Tampa, Fla.; sisters, Lorrie Sharp Vowell (Son) of McCool, Sheila Sharp Ferrara (Skip) of Tampa; and one granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Glen F. Sharp and Linda McCandless Sharp.
