Anita LaVorn Jeffries

Anita LaVorn Jeffries, 48, of Holly Springs, died Dec. 9, 2016, at Baptist DeSoto Hospital in Southaven. A former stocker at Walmart in Olive Branch, she was a member of her church choir and a youth sponsor at church.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Dec. 16, 2-6 p.m. and at the church on Dec. 17 from 10-10:55 a.m.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Dec. 17 at Strawberry MB Church, where she was a member. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Rev. Joe T. Lester will officiate. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She leaves two children, Calvin Keshun Jeffries, Kealen Deshun Jeffries, both of Holly Springs; her mother, Grace Burton Jeffries of Holly Springs; and a brother, Kenneth Aubrey Jeffries of Olive Branch.

She was preceded in death by her father, Aubrey Jeffries.
