Angela M. Bennett Vaughn-Johnson

Angela M. Bennett Vaughn-Johnson, 47, of Holly Springs, died October 8, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. She was a member of Strawberry Plains MB Church and a food preparer at Popeye's Chicken in Holly Springs.

Visitation will be held on Oct. 16, from 1-6 p.m. at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home; and on Oct. 17, from 12-12:55 p.m. at Strawberry MB Church. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Rev. Fredrick Fluker will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She leaves her husband, Stonewall Johnson; six children, Quaneshia Spates of Holly Springs, Specialist Jaime Vaughn of Hinesville, Ga., Briana Blackmon of Los Angeles, Calif., Ariana Blackmon of Holly Springs, Jaitavian Vaughn Spates of Holly Springs, Makaylen Spates of Tupelo; her mother, Anne M. Bennett of Holly Springs; a sister, Freda Bennett-Love of Memphis; a brother, Jay Bennett of Holly Springs; and four grandchildren.
