Alexander D. Hibler

Alexander D. Hibler, 80, of Coldwater, died July 31, 2020, in Covington, Tenn. He was a retired jailor from Shelby County Sheriff's office and a former teacher with the Marshall County School District, a member of St. Marks COGIC in Memphis, Tenn.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on August 5 at Independent-Tyro MB Church in Senatobia. Burial was in the church cemetery. Rodgers Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves a daughter, Alicia Curry of Memphis; sisters, Tear Yulon Armstrong of Senatobia, Ruth Robinson, Neomia Cooper, both of Coldwater, Josephine McPherson of Holly Springs, Earnestine Wright of Senatobia, Bobbie Milam of Memphis, Mary Nell Moore, Elizabeth Hibbler, both of Senatobia; brothers, John M. Hibbler of St. Louis, Mo., Willie Lee Hibbler Jr. of Senatobia, Jessie Hibbler of Holly Springs, Michael Hibler, Jesse Lee Hibbler Jr., both of Senatobia.
