Agnes Newsom Johnson

Agnes Newsom Johnson, 98, of Madison, formerly of Holly Springs, died Oct. 25, 2017. The widow of Albert Sydney Johnson, they were married for 62 years. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be at 2 p.m. on Sat. at Parkway Funeral Home with services to follow at 3 p.m. at Parkway. Burial will be in Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
She leaves a son, John Johnson; honorary son Tom Allen; and siblings Dolly White of Holly Springs, Robert Newsom of Panama City, Fla., and Marjorie Haffner of Tampa, Fla.
She was preceded in death by siblings William W. “Bubba” Newsom and Frances Moore.
Memorial donations may be made to French Camp Academy and Palmer Home for Children.
