Tanya Renee Boyd

Tanya Renee Boyd, 44, of Holly Springs, died on June 27, 2026, at Regional One Health in Memphis, Tenn. She was a member of Adolphus Chapel CME Church where she served as a church stewardess. She was a security guard supervisor at Clarion Security in Memphis.

Services were held at 1 p.m. on July 7 at Eddie L. Smith Multi Purpose Building. Rev. Willie Ward officiated. Burial was in Adolphus Chapel CME Church Cemetery. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves a daughter, Taniya Hunt of Holly Springs; son, Rory Hunt III of Holly Springs; sisters, Michelle Boyd, Tawanda Anderson, Lakisha Boyd, Trista Boga, all of Holly Springs; brothers, Jeremy Boyd, Courtney Boyd, Jamarus Mitchell and Quinterio Mitchell, all of Holly Springs.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Kate Boyd.
