Diane Carver Greer

Diane Carver Greer, 70, of Holly Springs, died April 19, 2026, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was member of First Methodist Church where she sang in the Chancel Choir, served on the Council on Ministries, Pastor-Parish Relations and Memorials committees. She was a teacher, elementary school principal, high school counselor and headmaster before retiring.
Services were held at First Methodist Church on April 28 at 3 p.m. Rev. Adam Hawks officiated. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves a daughter, Anna Giachelli (Maury) of Blue Springs; son, Wright Greer of Hickory Flat; sisters, Donna Davin (Bill) of Rome, Ga., Debbie Glen (William) of Collierville, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.
