Richard Gayle "Winky" Henderson

Richard Gayle "Winky" Henderson, 81, of Hickory Flat, died April 12, 2026, at his home. He worked at Maurey Manufacturing.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on April 16 at Holly Springs Funeral Home. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery.

He leaves a daughter, Heather Hopkins (Dennis); and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Henderson, Donald Henderson; sister, Becky Love; grandchildren, Blake Hopkins and Bud Hopkins.
