Jerrious DeShon Hunt, 27, of Michigan City, died March 29, 2026. He was a Christian.

Services were held at Ashland High School gymnaisum on April 12 at 11 a.m. Burial was in Hardaway MB Church Cemetery in Michigan City. Serenity Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his parents, Jerry and Geanita Traylor of Michigan City; daughters, JerMia L. Hunt, Je'Marica K. Hunt, both of Chicago, Ill.; sisters, JeKayla L. Traylor of Michigan City, Jerrica L. Traylor of Bolivar, Tenn., Gabriella Still of Michigan City; grandmother, Carolyn Traylor of Michigan City; grandfathers, John E. Hunt (Daphine) of Saulsberry, Tenn., and Roosevelt Traylor (Hazel) of Michigan City.

He was preceded in death by his brother, JerTavious Dewayne Hunt; and grandmother, Levonne Penny McKnight.
