Demetria Lynn Williams Terry

Demetria Lynn Williams Terry, 56, of Lamar, died March 12, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. She was a member of World Overcomers Church in Memphis where she served as a greeter. She was a transportation coordinator at Smith Medical in Olive Branch.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on March 20 from 1-3 p.m. and at Hebron MB Church in Michigan City from 4-7 p.m. and on March 21 from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Rev. Andre R. Williams, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She leaves her husband, Ondra Terry; daughters, Jessica LaTrice Terry of Collierville, Tenn., J'Launa Alisha Terry of Lamar; sisters, Jamie Williams of Tupelo, Marilyn Williams of Memphis, Mary Jane Hoyle of Tupelo, Brenda Armour of Memphis; brothers, Melvin Williams of Memphis, Glenn Williams of Rochester, N.Y. and Raymond Williams of Ashland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Ellie B. Williams and sister, Adella Williams Cohran.
