DeAndre Chavez Wren

DeAndre Chavez Wren, 29, of Lamar, died February 7, 2026, at his home. He was a member of Sand Hill MB Church and a welder at Smith Transportation.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Feb. 14 from 1-3 p.m. and on Feb. 15 at Miracle Temple Salt and Light Ministries in Lamar from 11-11:55 a.m. with services at 12 noon. Rev. Darrell Mays will officiate. Burial will be in Thompson Family Cemetery.

He leaves his wife, Gloria Michelle Bibbs; sons, Ashton Wren, Princeton Wren, both of Lamar; mother, Shereese Shelton Smith of Lamar; father, Kelvin D. Wren of Senatobia; grandmother, Thelma Gordon of Lamar; sister, Aaliyah Harper of Waterford; and brother, LaDarius Fields of Lamar.
