William Frank Phillips Jr., 85, of Holly Springs, died November 29, 2025, at his home. He was a retired airplane mechanic and a United States Air Force veteran.
Services are incomplete at this time. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Joyce Baker Phillips; son, William Scott Phillips; daughter, Sheila Tillman; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
