November 24, Marshall Academy hosted a Clay Shooting Tournament at the Sporting Club at Mallard’s Croft in Byhalia. People, young and old alike, participated in the activities for the day. It was a wonderful turnout and a unique idea for a fundraiser. Myles Crawford won Youth Best Overall which included access to 15 sporting clay stations, 100 targets and transportation in a golf cart for himself and a friend, along with some other goodies. Congratulations, Myles, on a great shoot.

Congratulations to Wynne Clark, daughter of Grace Bonds. Clark was named Teacher of the Year for Itawamba Agricultural High School. There was a banquet and awards ceremony held Monday evening for all who won awards and were recognized in their respective areas.

Amy and Perry Mask spent Thanksgiving in Boise, Idaho, with Ragon and Juston Mask. They had a wonderful time.
