Curtis Blair

Curtis Blair, 81, of Victoria, died October 9, 2025, at his home in the Cayce Community. He was retired from Epstien Enterprises Construction Co. in Memphis, Tenn.

A visitation only will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Oct. 18 from 2:30-5:00 p.m.

He leaves his wife, Anne Denise Blair; daughters, Cathie Hampton of Holly Springs, Mia Drake of Victoria; sons, Curtis Blair Jr. of Milwaukee, Wisc., Tracy Shipp of Indianapolis, Ind., Christopher Jeter of Memphis, Mario Wiley of Atlanta, Ga., Mahajj Abdual Baaqee of Memphis; sisters, Linnie Blair of Byhalia, Ozell White of Memphis; brother, Frank Blair of Victoria; 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Minnie Wright, Lula Hardaway, Helen Hardaway, Vera Shaw, Dorothy Pegues, Emery Moore and Lucious Black.
