James Raymond Johnston, 82, of Byhalia, died September 19, 2025. He was a Baptist and worked as a mechanic.
Graveside services were held at Magnolia Cemetery on Sept. 23 at 11 a.m. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Phyllis Johnston; sister, Sarah Catherine Farley of Byhalia; niece and nephew, Susan Mauney and Ken Mauney both of Holly Springs, who were his caregivers.
