Meado "Mae" Oliver

Meado "Mae" Oliver, 96, of Olive Branch, formerly of Aurora, Ill., died August 24, 2025, at her home. She was a member of Gayles Memorial Baptist Church in Aurora for over 60 years where she was in the women's ministry, women's auxiliary and cleaned the church.
Services were held at 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 7 at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Cottrell Memorial Garden.
She leaves a brother, Clarence Sutherland of South Bend, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Oliver; daughter, Barbara Sutherland; siblings, Reed, Evelyn, Mary, Mabel, Ervin, Samuel, William and Margaret.
