Solomon Woodson Jr., 68, of Holly Springs, died August 22, 2025. He worked with the City of Holly Springs road works.
Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Aug. 29 from 4-6 p.m. with services on Aug. 30 at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Hudsonville CME Church Cemetery.
He leaves his mother, Flossie Lee Woodson of Holly Springs; brothers, Robert Woodson Sr. (Mary) of Olive Branch, James Woodson of St. Louis, Mo.; sisters, Ada Stringer, Irene Woodson, Earlene Woodson, all of St. Louis, Irma Woodson, and Turkesha Woodson, both of Holly Springs.
He was preceded in death by his father, Solomon Woodson Sr.; and sister, Georgia Woodson.
