Glinda Ann "Gwen" Turner Jackson

Glinda Ann "Gwen" Turner Jackson, 66, of Michigan City, died August 6, 2025, at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. She was a member of Palestine Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Aug. 22 from 5-7 p.m. Services will be held at Palestine MB Church at 11 a.m. on Aug. 23.

She leaves a daughter, Nanette McClellan of Walnut; sons, Donnie McClellan (Samantha), Patrick McClellan (Ashley) both of Michigan City; sisters, Christie Jackson (Williams), Alma Allen, both of Michigan City; brothers, Ray Turner (Carolyn) of Bolivar, Tenn., Vincent Turner (Margaret) of Grand Junction, Tenn., James Turner Jr. of Michigan City; 16 grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Gladys and James Turner; son, Franklin McClellan; grandson, Roytez McClellan; daughter-in-law, Ter'Ryon McClellan; and brotherin-law, Frank Allen Jr.
