Annie Mae Buntyn, 72, of Rossville, Tenn., died June 30, 2025. She was a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Lamar and worked at Troxel Company and then retired as a caretaker.
Services were held at 1 p.m. on July 6 at Concord MB Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Serenity Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves her daughter, Chanda Poocie Buntyn of Arlington, Texas; mother, Venelsa of Rossville; brother, Glen Buntyn of Rossville; sisters, Ella Jones of Rossville, Maggie Buntyn of Piperton, Tenn., Bernice Buntyn of Memphis, Tenn.; and a host of grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Willie W. Buntyn; son, Gerry V. Buntyn; grandson, Tegerius Buntyn; brothers, Willie J. and Troy Lee Buntyn.
