Marshall Academy boys ‘build chemistry’ in summer basketball

Jeff Dalton, head coach of the Marshall Academy Patriots, said summer basketball in June "was very productive in identifying roles and building chemistry."

MA hosted several other schools in Summer League action during the month.

"We were able to play some highly competitive games against public and private schools and ended the summer 14-3," he said.

Marshall returns three starters from 2024-2025, but several Patriots coming back played significant minutes last season.

"I saw a lot of growth both as a team and individually from most of the guys," Dalton said about the summer practices and games. "It should be an exciting season, and I have big goals for this team."
