Emma Elgin and John David Santi were honored with a cocktail party Saturday evening. Beautiful fresh garlands wrapped the pillars in the front of the Apothecary and both windows had live greenery wreaths with sashes to greet guests. The venue was flanked with tables with beautiful toppers and floral centerpieces.

The main table had delicious finger foods including beef tenderloin, marinated shrimp with capers and smoked salmon. Attendees enjoyed a variety of musical genres performed on acoustic guitar by Patrick McGee.

The betrothed couple were presented with a matted and framed original watercolor of the invitation to the party which depicted the day John David proposed to Emma.

The couple will say their vows in their hometown, which is nestled in the mountains with lakes and streams galore. A picture perfect area for a picture perfect couple.
