Kasell Newsom, 67, of Memphis, Tenn., died March 30, 2025. He was employed at a convenience store.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on April 12 at Sand Hill MB Church in Lamar with burial in the church cemetery. Pastor Darrell Mays officiated. Serenity Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves a brother, Johnnie Newsom Jr. (Betty) of Holly Springs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie Newsom Sr. and Georgia Ann Gulledge Newsom; brother, Dewayne Richardson; and sister, Doretha Newsom Malone.
