Gloria E. Tunstall Cummings

Gloria E. Tunstall Cummings, 63, of Byhalia, died March 8, 2025, at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. She was a member of Our Lord Jesus Christ Church in Germantown, Tenn., a former member of Union Valley MB Church where she served as an usher. She was a custodian at Erma Rogers Head Start Center in Byhalia.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on March 21 from 3-5:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on March 22 at Union Valley MB Church Cemetery. Brother Brandon will officiate.

She leaves her husband, Stanley U. Cummings Sr.; daughter, Dominique Hines of Byhalia; sons, Stanley Cummings Jr. of Byhalia, Aaron Stanley Cummings of Dallas, Texas; sisters, Ivory Jean Burch, Daisy Sanders, both of Aurora, Ill.; brothers, Calvin Tunstall of Byhalia, Gary Tunstall of Pontotoc; and one granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Rayford Tunstall; and brother, Charles Tunstall.
