Ransom Bolden

Ransom Bolden, 85, of Ashland, died March 9, 2025, in Ripley. He was a farmer and a United States Army veteran.
Graveside services were held at noon on March 12 in Ashland Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife of 59 years, Judy Lane Hudspeth Bolden; daughter Jennifer Bolden Thompson (Greg) of Ashland; sisters, Dot Allen of Moscow, Tenn., Betty Jean Carpenter of Independence, Corrine Bloor of Moscow, Dianne Marshall of Memphis, Tenn.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Timmy Bolden; two brothers, Lonnie Bolden and John Frank Bolden.
