Willie Mack Bean

Willie Mack Bean, 67, of Lamar, died February 28, 2025, at his home. He was a graduate of Job Corps and a farmer.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on March 7 from 2-5:30 p.m. and on March 8 at Greenwood MB Church from 9-9:55 a.m. with services at 10 a.m. Minister Calvin Hampton will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

He leaves his daughter, DeAnna Sanders of Lamar; son, Jhirmack Sanders of Lamar; sisters, Eloise Dukes, Marilyn Dukes, both of Flint, Mich., Helen Edwards of Chicago, Ill., Vera Mason of Michigan City, Doris Butler, Shirley Lindsey, Angela Jackson, Florence Davenport, Vanessa Davenport, all of Ill.; brothers, Clarence Bean Jr. of Memphis, Kevin Davenport of Ill.; three grandsons; and financé Debbie Sanders of Lamar.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Denisha House.
